onaylanm\u0131\u015f ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z yetkili kurulu\u015flar\u0131n yetkilendirilmesine ve yetkilerinin d\u00fczenlenmesine, \u00fclke enerji politikas\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131na
